Welcome Window Elements7

Q: Open welcome window there is no sign-in on the welcome screen and there is no way to get the work help without signing in.I tried Adobe help many times and was on hold for over a hour, Thank you for any help you can give me. New to all this. James


A: Hi James. Could you provide more information on exactly what you want to do? When you say the Welcome Window are you talking about the screen that first appears when you launch Photoshop Elements (see image above)? Now I don't have version7 but as far as I know you don't sign in on the Welcome screen for any version?

My next question is what Help are you trying to access? The only Help I can think of is the Help menu which is the last menu item in the menu bar. But that should be available whenever your in Elements. Obviously, I'm missing something. :~) Just post your clarifications as a new comment on this post and I will try to answer.
