The Straighten Tool Gets You
On The Level In No Time

The Straighten Tool in Photoshop Elements is one of those tools that lets you straighten images quicker than you can with the full version of Photoshop. You can do it in Photoshop but it's more of a two-step process work-around. In Elements it's quick and easy.

If you're one of those people that has a hard time holding the camera straight you'll be able to correct all your pictures in no time following this tutorial. So let's get into it.

STEP 1
Open an image that needs to be straightened

STEP 2
Click on the Straighten Tool in the Toolbox (shortcut: P)

STEP 3
Go to the Options bar and make any changes you want to

STEP 4
Click and drag a line along the part of your image that should be horizontal

Once you let go of the mouse button your image will be rotated to make your line the new horizontal plane. Here's the before and after, amazing:
