Repair B&W Photos

Q: Im Donal from Dublin, Ireland and happened upon your excellent informative site.I am a novice photoshop user and am only starting out with it. I purchased elements 7 with amazon but unfortunately before I found you.
I mainly wish to edit and repair my folks wedding album and black and whites. I am an amateur photographer so I dabble here and there. I will upload a photo to give you an idea of where Im at. thats me in the middle! Hopefully as you have said I can do repairs with elements 7.

You have quite a project ahead of you but Elements has all the tools you need to restore your old photos.
