Do you mean the small cracks on the surface of a persons lips? Or do you mean the area between the nose and top lip in the photo you submitted?

How to remove shine from the skin?

I took a close up photo of my wife. her face has a lot of shine do to the oil of her skin. how do I replace it to the natural skin tone?
