How to make Photoshop Color Black?

Q : Hi there, I'm using Photoshop CS4, and I saw your tutorial:
Create Glossy Lips with this
Photoshop Elements Tutorial.

Your photoshop is black, like in this photo:

How can I do this to my photoshop.

Thanks for reading my tutorial I hope it was helpful to you. Many of my tutorials work the same in the full version of Photoshop even though they were created using Photoshop Elements, which is exactly the difference you are asking about.
The photo you referred to in your question is what the Photoshop Elements levels dialog box looks like.
Photoshop CS4 has a different color for its dialog boxes and unfortunately you cannot change it.
